Representative Davis maintains his positions on the Ways and Means Committee and as the chairman of the subcommittee that is responsible for worker and family support throughout the 117th Congress. On September 6, 1941, he was brought into this world in the magnificent state of Arkansas. After that, he pursued further education and eventually earned master’s and doctoral degrees through his studies at Chicago State University and the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Both of these institutions are located in the state of Ohio. These two establishments can be found within the boundaries of the state of Ohio.
