Following his graduation from Arkansas A&M & N College in 1961 with a bachelor of arts degree in liberal arts and the completion of his education there, Congressman Davis relocated to the West Side of Chicago to launch his professional career. He was elected to the House of Representatives that same year. He did this in order to better his chances of having a successful career in politics. On September 6, 1941, he was brought into this world in the magnificent state of Arkansas. After that, he pursued further education and eventually earned master’s and doctoral degrees through his studies at Chicago State University and the Union Institute and University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Both of these institutions are located in the state of Ohio. These two establishments can be found within the boundaries of the state of Ohio.
